Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Silvia. I studied neuroscience and biochemistry and earned a Masters in Public Health from Yale University — always fueling my fascination by how the body works. But what mattered most was using that knowledge to help the people I love live healthier, fuller lives. And now, I want to do the same for you.
I initially created With Bea for my mother -- watching her navigate menopause, I saw how hard it was to find clear, reliable information about what was happening to her body and what she could do to feel her best.
Whether we’re hiking, exploring new places, or simply enjoying life together, I want her to feel strong, healthy, and full of energy for years to come. And I know so many women want the same—for themselves and for the people they love.
